The scented candles are hand-poured, one by one. The combination of soy wax, Grasse fragrances, dyes, and decorations is unique for each candle.
Depending on your choice, you will receive your candle in a metallic container or glassware that will enhance its beauty.

Soy Wax: 89%
100% biodegradable and natural C3 Soy Wax. GMO and pesticide-free. This wax is not tested on animals, certified "Cruelty Free".
Grasse Fragrance at 10%
Fragrance guaranteed free of CMR substances (carcinogenic, mutagenic and reprotoxic) and phthalates. Compliant with European standards IFRA, CLP EC n°1907/2006
Colorants & Decoration: 1%
Professional quality aniline-based colorants offer excellent concentration, guaranteeing homogeneous, bright, and long-lasting colors.
Instructions for use
When using your candle for the first time, let it burn for at least 2 hours. After that, do not light it for more than 4 consecutive hours. The wick should remain vertical and centered for the wax to melt evenly.
For an optimal experience, make sure to extinguish the candle when the wax reaches 1 cm deep, thus avoiding any damage to the holder or container.

Tips for a perfect olfactory experience.
Step 1:
Trim your wick to 5mm before each use of your artisanal scented candle
(This will prevent the candle from producing smoke). The ideal wick length should be around 5 to 6 mm.
Step 2:
For first use, let your candle burn for 2 to 4 hours (depending on the container) so that the melted wax forms a sort of "pool". This will prevent the candle from tunneling and a well from forming in its center.
Step 3:
We recommend avoiding burning your candle for more than 4 hours at a time, as this could alter the quality and diffusion of the fragrance.
Step 4:
Although our candles do not emit any toxic substances, we advise you
not to directly inhale the smoke.

What are the delivery and manufacturing times?
No shipments on Fridays:
Due to the risk of high temperatures, your candles and wax melts may not withstand transportation in trucks under high temperatures.
Above 45°C, the wax begins to melt and all our manufacturing work is damaged (molding, coloring, smoothing...). We have decided to limit candle and wax melt shipments from Monday to Thursday to avoid any risk of deterioration if a package remains in a transport truck over a weekend.
Wax melts are made weekly based on fragrances and orders. Available stock is visible in the shop.
Parcel tracking:
You will receive an automatic email notifying you that your order has been shipped. This email will contain the tracking number assigned by the carrier you have chosen. You can also find the tracking number by logging into your customer account, then clicking on your order.
Scented wax melts:
Scented wax melts can be shipped via tracked letter. Please note, however, that you should order a maximum of 10 if you wish for them to be shipped as a letter. For a larger quantity, parcel shipping will be essential.
The 48-hour delivery time for your Colissimo packages is not guaranteed by La Poste. This is an indicative timeframe. The first thing to do is to check your tracking number and see what it indicates. What is the origin of perfumes?
The fragrances are based on natural and synthetic components that serve to fix the scent. They enhance the fragrance and make it last longer. Therefore, they are not 100% natural. All scents are made in France, originating from Grasse, and are guaranteed 100% free of CMR (Carcinogenic, Mutagenic, and Reprotoxic), phthalates, and animal materials.
Why do you use soy wax for container candles?
C3 100% natural soy wax is specially designed for making scented container candles. It ensures excellent scent throw, a smooth and even finish, and perfect adhesion to glass. Its natural creamy white color and olfactory neutrality make it an ideal base for high-end scented creations.

Is delivery free?
Delivery to a Relay Point is free for orders over 29 euros. If you would like delivery to your letterbox, a fee will be charged depending on the delivery time and the weight of your order.
